I have followed the email and downloaded the update version of Layerslider for WP. But my site still says it is version 6.5.5 and need to update to 6.5.7. When I tried to update from my site, it says no package available. Then I went downloaded the product again from Envato, but plugin installer says my site have already got the folder and won't install it again.
I don't think the package I've got on Envato is the updated version 6.5.7.
If you receive an Update package not available or similar error message during the update process it might be a symptom of an interfering 3rd party theme/plugin. We are constantly notifying and working together with various authors whenever we notice such issue. Unfortunately, these issues cannot be fixed from our end, and a temporary solution is updating manually or temporarily disabling other plugins and switching to the default WP theme.
The latest version (6.5.7) has just been accepted on Envato so you can access it there as well.
You will need to delete the current plugin version in order to be able to install the new one.
