So disappointed with ur reply, i expect better solution from you rather than u throw this to let ur plugin buyer fix it themselves. My hosting has helped me solved the issue after i installed ur plugin my website didn't work but now it showed up however slider images are not showing due to that error that i mentioned earlier. My website is www.pukkaithaimassage.com as u can see slider images still missing because the plugins cannot be activated due to some reasons. What I expect is support to give a hand more than this at least try to explain what is what clearly so i can follow to find the problem thank you and expecting better reply.
I'm sorry but I certainly did not put you up to fix the problem yourself. I've told you -judging from the error message you showed us- that it is most likely a web server configuraiton issue.
We've met users before who had similar error messages and these cases were related to outdated PHP versions. LayerSlider requires at least PHP version 5.3 or newer to function properly.
I've asked you to look at the LayerSlider System Status, which is accessible with one click from the WordPress sidebar, so you can confirm that your server settings meet the plugin's requirements, including the PHP version, or if there are other error messages displayed so we can recommend the best way to approach this.
Furthermore, I have checked your site but there is no LayerSlider on it currently. The sliders with the missing images are Revolution Sliders, it is a different plugin from ours.
After the new update of plug in installed , I tried many time to activate it but it always comes up with message.
Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home3/plhfuhmy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/classes/class.ls.popups.php on line 195
can support help fix , thanks
Hey pukkai,
Unfortunately it is most likely a server configuration problem, probably related to your PHP version.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any error messages that could provide more information.

Also, as I can see you have an older version of the plugin installed. Please make sure that you are using the most recent release which is 6.5.5. You can find updating instructions in our documentation as well if you need help: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#updating-manual
