    Hi!

I have a problem with a slider. The text seems to become cropped by some element at the bottom and the bottom at two of the slides appear longer than needed for no reason and I duplicated the slides without changing any of the settings. How can I change this. The slider is at the top of the homepage: https://designedbydean.com

The bottom of the g in strength gets cut of and the add to cart button is two long on the first two fat burner products.

    Hey Ariell,

I have checked your site but for me the slider is being displayed and positioned properly at the moment, it fits the page layout. Also the texts are fully visible, they are not cut off.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

  • Ariell replied

hi! Yes we're still seeing the problem, not I Mozilla but in safari and google chrome.

    Hey Ariell,

We have tried to access your site again to investigate this further, but unfortunately we are not able to do so. Your site does not seem to be available, we only see an error instead: DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

It´s up and running again right now, Must have been an issue with the hosting provider. The problem is still visible in safari and Chrome on the first slide. In Safari i croppes the name, in chrome it crops the product description.

We are only able to reproduce this error when the site is originally loaded in a small browser window and then it is enlarged.

This is because of the 'mask' that you have applied on the layers, however we were not able to see or produce any other error than this.

  • Ariell replied

How do I remove the mask?

The Mask option can be found in the Layers -> Transitions tab under the Rotate and Skew settings.
