Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

When I first instaledLayerslider earlier version everything worked great. I've made a few sliders and everything was good. "No problems" now that it is updated I get the 502 error. I tried to uninstall it ( which I was scared to do because I thought I was going to lose all my sliders) then I re uploaded the earlier version and then updated and still get the error code 502. I thought by reinstalling maybe it might fix some sort of glitch, but no luck :(

    Hey Duncan Benedict,

Problems like this shouldn't happen under normal circumstances, so I'm not yet sure what might be wrong.

What PHP version are you using currently ? LayerSlider requires at least PHP version 5.3 or newer to function properly. Please verify your version and if needed, contact your hosting provider with this case and request an update to solve this.
