When I first instaledLayerslider earlier version everything worked great. I've made a few sliders and everything was good. "No problems" now that it is updated I get the 502 error. I tried to uninstall it ( which I was scared to do because I thought I was going to lose all my sliders) then I re uploaded the earlier version and then updated and still get the error code 502. I thought by reinstalling maybe it might fix some sort of glitch, but no luck :(
I also just tried to enter my "related URL" which your submit ticket says to enter and I got a "your related url does not appear to be valid" lololol it is my url and this is the urlI use it on https://nationalsportswear.com
Problems like this shouldn't happen under normal circumstances, so I'm not yet sure what might be wrong.
What PHP version are you using currently ? LayerSlider requires at least PHP version 5.3 or newer to function properly. Please verify your version and if needed, contact your hosting provider with this case and request an update to solve this.
