There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.5.5.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue. Are there any error messages that you can see ? To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue. Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.
I am having the same issue. I cannot edit my imported sliders. some show, some don't – that is, they show on the list but when you click to edit them, nothing shows. How was this resolved?... Actually I read the documentation over again, and found it conflicting with another plugin... I'm submitting a ticket now.

I did not found any possibilities to resolve the problem. I changed the slider, sorry
