I am using LayerSlider version 6..5 although the plugin states that I am using 6.3. I have purchased, installed and activated 6.5.
Here is why I seek your assistance:
I am trying to add a layer with a responsive button where when it is hovered over the background color and text color changes. I have tried two methods and each has an issue.
One method was to use MaxButtons plugin however when I reduce the size of the window the button size is not reduced.
The other method I have tried is to use an anchor tag <a> with custom CSS. I can get the initial button to appear as I like but I have not been able to add the correct CSS to affect the button when it is hovered over.
The plugin offers options to create hover effect. You can find it in the Layers section under the Transitions tab, it's called Hover Transition. You can use this section to create the hover effects you're looking for.

Thank you for this information! I was able to produce the buttons and behavior effects I was seeking.
Thank you so much!
