I have LayerSlider WP that came with Ultimate Church Template. I upgraded Ultimate Church then purchased license for LayerSlider to aqquire upgrade. I put in purchse code and it tells me update package not available.
Some themes are restricting the update and/or activation of the bundled version of LayerSlider, that could result in problems like this.
I'd recommend to do a clean install by manually updating the plugin. You can do that by downloading the newest release from CodeCanyon, removing your current bundled version and reinstalling LayerSlider with the new release from us. Your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in the process. This should solve the problem.
