Currently the slider will not be visible until the page is scrolled leaving a blank area and this is very undesirable. I need the slider to be visible always.
I have tried "autostart: true, startInViewport:true, and playByScrollStart:true," none of these either false or true will allow the slider to be visible until the page is scrolled.
We have checked your site on multiple installations, and the slider does start by itself. The first load was a bit longer but it was likely related to other load times (browser, images, site performance etc) that delayed the start.
The autostart and playbyscroll options are not related to this case. The startinviewport shouldn't have any effect like this either, if your slider is placed at the top of the site and visible on page load, but you could try to disable it to make sure.
