Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     After making the purchase, try to download a template from the store, and this is remaining downloading for a long time but does not end.

    The problem is most likely generated by a server limitation or other server configuration error. Please  check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.

    I can solve it, as an aid for those who have the same problem, they must activate the PHP ZIP in the Cpanel, this video explains how to do it
