I cannot import/download templates from the store. I purchased this plugin because I wanted access to the templates and soon as I paid, the import doesn't work! I've even uploaded the new updated version and still... Help please
There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.5.5.), so unfortunately it is most likely a server configuration issue on your end.
Please check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.
I have obviously opened up a ticket with them and still i have no solutions. I am actually going to get a refund because I have paid for this plugin a week ago and still cannot use the doggone thing. I am super frustrated and angry. It seems that they are only concerned with money and not fixing problems or giving solutions to their plugins problems. Obviously I bought the thing, which means that I am/was interested, but being that it's doing nothing, how can I be refunded?
I really bought it because it looked reliable, but not using the product is frustrating. I hope they can provide adequate support. If it is not, I need my money back.
As I've mentioned there is no issue like this in the newest version of plugin. I have checked and the Template Store is up and running. Our users can import the demo sliders without any issue, it is working properly currently.
The problem is most likely generated by a server limitation on your end. Have you checked what I asked, the LayerSlider System Status ?
nathzg sorry I am so late responding, I wish there was some type of notifications that can let me know when someone relies to our comments. However, If you haven't solve the problem, here is the solution:
1. Go to your CPanel and go to Software and click it to open it
2. Look for "Zip" and make sure it is checked/ticked and then save.
That's it! As simple as that. I have attached some screenshots to get you in the right direction. Feel free to reach out if you need me.
