Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays.     Hey opencirrus,

    You do not need to renew support to access the new versions, the plugin updates are for a lifetime with a purchased license, only the support time expires.

    Regarding the update error, please try to deactivate and reactivate the license on your installation. This should help in most cases. You can also use our new site to manage and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following URL: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations

    If this does not do the trick please navigate to the Dashboard->Updates menu and try to update there.

    We have also uploaded the new release to CodeCanyon, so you can also download it and manually update the plugin by reinstalling it. Your sliders and settings are stored in the database so they won't be deleted in this process.
