I have been using your product for sometime. I tried recently to add a new slider and it won't load and I get error message. I noticed on your support page that if you erased the short code to restore it. I have no idea where to find this and how to restore.
I'm sorry but it's not completely clear what did you erase. Did you delete the slider's shortcode from your site and you want to add it again ? Or did you delete the slider itself from the sliders list that was added to your site ?
