LayerSlider Save Error

When I try to save my LayerSlider I get this error: "It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work…Your HTTP server thrown the following error: \n\n". It seems to be related to the number of objects in the slider as it will save when I delete the object I created. Any ideas on why this might be happening or what I can do to fix it?

Got the same error message when trying to SAVE. Went to LayerSlider WP / System Status and saw an issue with my Cache plugin. Disabled it but still get the error. So I have the same question as to a possible cause and fix.

Increased memory limit to 256 - did not work.

BUT - I used the Layerslider as part of theme I purchased and it worked fine. Then I putchased a liscence and imported some demo sliders, and then the issue started.

Unpublished every plugin and no clashes is causing this error.

    Any help?

    Hey mbond93,

The "Internal server error" is a web server configuration issue. In your case it could be a memory limitation problem or execution time limit, because you are trying to utilize more content than your server can handle in the given amount of time. But it might be generated by something else as well.

The "Internal server error" is almost always a PHP error related problem, but currenty the exact error message is not visible as the WP debug mode is not enabled. Please try to enable it and look for any PHP errors in the logs that could provide more information.    https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG  https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress

If you're not familiar with it, we can also look into it after you enabled the WP debug mode. We will need a WP login in this case.

In the meantime please also try to look for any incompatibility problems by temporary disabling other plugins and switching to a default theme. Just to make sure that it's not caused by a 3rd party item.

    Dear ycikdev,
