I have selected a predefined 2d slide transition and it is not working in the new slider I created. I selected other predefined slide transitions in the same slider and none of them are working. All I get is a fade in/out to each slide.
I have updated the purchase code and plugin. What can I troubleshoot to fix this?
The slide transitions need slide backgrounds to be able to animate. The background images are used for the animations and without them there will only be a fallback fading transition.
Please make sure that your slides have background images set that can be used for the 2D slde transitions.
