I believe you might have set up a global background or global background color in the Slider Settings -> Appearance tab that overwrites your slide color.
As I can see you have set background images for the sliders since then. Is there a test page where you can set up a slider showing the wrong background color so we can investigate this error further ?
As I can see you have added #000000 to both the slide background and the global background of the slider. The problem is that the #000000 code is the colorcode for black. So when you enter this, the backgrounds will be black, not opaque.
Hi ,
When I make the background color opacity 0% the plugin ignores me and add color - how can I make the background of the slide 0% opacity?

Hey Attila,
First, thanks for the quick reply,
Unfortunately, this isn't the problem - I don't have any color in the background (see attached).
waiting to hear back from you,
Thanks!

Thanks, I was able to check the test site.
