Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hello,

I recently finished this site, but in the mobile version slider is not uploading unless touching screen. I would like to see slider images right away, now I can only see white screen unless little touch.

    Thank you in advance

    Hey dilge,

What exactly do you mean by that the slider is not uploading ? Could you please describe the issue in more details and show as an example as well ?

    Hi,

I created two sliders one for mobile and one for desktop version. Mobile version activated lower 800 and desktop is activated above 800px. As you can see in attachments when I decreased the browser size it works but when I check on my phone, yesterday I only see blank page unless I touch the screen, today I can not see the slider at all, and I did not change anything since yesterday.

    Thank you

I have checked your site on mobile but for me the slider is being displayed currently.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

    Hello Attila,

It is bizarre I did not fix anything, yesterday it wasn't uploading at all. Today when I connect I see the screenshot attached. I am using Iphone IOS 10.3.2, and using Safari browser.  So until I touch the screen it shows blank as in the screenshot.

    Thank you in advance

As I can see the problem is going to be related to the mobile version of the slider.

In the mobile version, try to disable the Start in viewport option, I believe that this should help.
