Not sure how to fix - I no longer have access to an FTP... was hoping that purchashing layerslider would update and fix it but realized it's just embedded or something into the them and not an installed plugin. Any ideas? The background is gone and in edge/internet explorer the phone is gone.
The problem seems to be caused by that two images are missing: slide1_iPhone_5.png and slide1_Layer_1.png
These two images are not available (404 Not Found error) so the slider cannot load or display them. As I can see they are the background image and the phone layer.
Please make sure that these images are still available and loaded properly to your site. Their source might have been changed or you might need to reupload or readd them.
