The problem is that the video player was set up using a different aspect ratio than the video itself that it plays.
Regarding video preview images, we are using the 'cover' method, which means that the images will always cover the whole canvas of the video player, even if it means cropping or enlarging them, avoiding black the areas on the sides.

As the title says, the cover photo that shows before the YouTube embed loads is the open graph image, that's great and all, but it's not stretching,
