Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

Import slider runs when page refreshes there is not slider

    I exported the slider from a development site I ran the import but  when the page refreshes there is not slider

    Hey drewgss,

    It is possible that your exports became corrupted somehow, the exporting method might have been interfered with, therefore the error. Please try to export them again to see if that works.

    In case you are still experiencing the problem, please check the LayerSlider System Status on both installation to see if there are any errors or notifications.

    I tried it a number of times, and could not wait for our response so I rebuilt them.
