Hi, i have buy the LayerSlider plugin for my wordpress, when i have installed it, some time ago, all was ok, but now if i try to edit the existing slider or try to add a new one, when i click on save button, it not save nothing.
There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.5.1.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue. To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue. Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.
Thank you for your patience while we worked towards solving this case.
LayerSlider also suffers from a similar MySQL database issue that affects Plugin Origanizer. Usually, these kinds of issues can be solved by disabling and then immidiatelly re-activating LayerSlider. This would re-run the database scripts to make sure that everything is in place.
Unfortuantely, that did not help in your case. In all likelyhood there is a permission issue with your database and plugins cannot make the necesarry changes they need. The fact that another plugin also suffers from the same issue only confirms that there is definiatelly some kind of server misconfiguration issue present.
I would like to recommend to contact your web hosting company and ask them to look into this as we have no access or tools to do it on your behalf. Alternatively, I've attached the MySQL table structure that LayerSlider requires, so you or your host can update the database based on that. This might be an ideal workaround, but this issue will likely affect more and more plugins in the future, so it should be a temporary solution only.

Additional information: There are some indication that this issue was not always present on your installation. While the other plugin could not create its database table at all, LayerSlider only needs an update. If you moved your site to a different host or performed anything unusual it might has something to do with the issue. This does not need to be a recent change, judging from the error message LayerSlider's current database table is behind at least half a year.

What i can try now?
I have to resolve my problem, and i have buy the support only for this problem.

Attached the report
In this case there is most likely a JS error on your site generating this issue.
Please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can investigate it from the back-end.
Do not forget to set the message to private so others can't see the credentials.
Hi, any news for me?
If you have not time for me, i can close the ticket and ask for refound of support, for me isn't a problem.
Thanks,
Johnny.
Sorry for the delayed response.
We have logged in and were able to reproduce the issue but we do not see any related errors currently.
Please enable the WP debug mode, it should allow us to see the errors that might provide more information on this matter.

Once you've enabled it we can continue the troubleshooting.
Also, if you have access to the PHP logs you could check on the them for any PHP errors.
