Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
For some reason the prev and next icons are relative to the side of the browser window, the more I stretch the window the further they go to the outside of the slide until they are off the canvas.
Also having an issue where 2 sets of these buttons are showing on the page.
Hey labber,
I have investigated your site but unfortunately it's hard to troubleshoot. There is a cache plugin that merges all code into a large file, making it impossible to track back the exact source of the problem.
But I believe that the problem is most likely related to your theme. The graphics error (stacked nav arrows) is caused by a custom CSS that is being applied on the slider. It interferes with the default skin that is loaded by the plugin producing this issue.
The slider is cropped because of the theme's page layout, it cuts off the sides of the slider on certain resultions.
As these problems are caused by your theme we cannot really fix them from our end unfortunately. I'd recommend to contact your theme author with this case, and request a better solution from their part, that does not interfere with the slider's default options and does not apply custom CSS on the slider either.
In the meantime you could also try to use a normal responsive slider layout instead of full-width. It should fit your page layout better. You could also try to insert the slider with one of its default methods (https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#publishing-sliders) instead of the ones that the theme provides.
