Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I am new to your plugin. I have downloaded a template called "Interactive Slider" into WordPress. When I press the Preview->Slide button while editing the slider, I receive a highly distorted image like the attached screen capture.
Any idea what might be causing this?
Hey jmopfa,
There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.4.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue.
Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error messages that could provide more information.
It was a brand new install of Wordpress, and the very first plugin I installed was yours. The issue was present on my installation.
Then it is likely a server related problem, probably a memory limitation of some sort in your case.
Have you checked the LayerSlider System Status if there is any error message ?
