There is no issue like this present in the latest release of our plugin (6.4.), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation or a server configuration issue.
To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue.
Please also check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error message.
I disable the other plugins and i switch to default theme but the problem persists. I have the latest version of the plugin! In the LayerSlider System Status is all green except "WP Debug Mode" is "Disable".
Please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can investigate this problem from the back-end. Make sure to set the message to private so others can't see the login credentials.
Once I've created my slides, or modify a premium slider, i save the change but they come back as before. Why?
