I have 3 sliders in the LayerSlider WP, but I can't seem to loop them. If I activate the next and previous button, they also do not work. Pls help.

I have checked your site but for me the slider is looping properly. It animates through all 6 slides and then starts over.
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
Yes I managed to fix it. I had some plugins who were not working well together.
I have 2 find some new alternative for does plugins. ThnQ!
