Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
I receive an error message when I attempt to save SOME layerslider templates. Some templates do work. The error message as shown is: "It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please check LayerSlider -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error: \n\n"
I have contact Asmallorange (my hosting provider) and they did change some of my security settings, yet the problem continues. They said they can not do anything else and that the problem is on your end. I have attempted to get a refund, but I was rejected by your company
This error message does not show up on the following templates; "Police Lights"
The error message does show up on: "Creative Agency" "Client Testimonials" "Landing Screen 2"
Please help as it feels as though
Hey AdamSiegel,
Judging from the error message this is a typical web server issue, I'm not sure why would your hosting provider tell otherwise. As this is a server related problem we cannot fix it from our end unfortunately. You will need to contact your hosting provider with this and show them the error message, they should know what's wrong exactly and make the necessary changes.
Potential problems could be the limitation of open connections or limitation of the total outgoing traffic bandwidth. It's also recommended to check on the .htaccess files to see if there are any custom changes that could cause this.
