Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hi
When we upgraded WP to 4.6.4, all the Layerslider sliders changed to Autoplay On, which we don't want.
How can I turn this off, for all sliders, please?
Is there some sort of JS code I can put across the site?
We have over 800 sliders working at the moment so manually going through them will take days!
Updating the plugin is not possible either as we have to wait for our upgrades from a service house. Plus we have no access to the plugins folder.
Many thanks
Rob
Hey Rob,
Unfortunately there is no option in the plugin currently to change the settings of multiple sliders at once.
We are aware of this problem affecting a few of our users and this error seems to be a rare edge case. Unfortunately we cannot provide you with any immediate fix but we are going to release a solution for this as soon as we can.
Sorry for the inconveniences and thank you for your understanding.
