Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Can not create a single slider with new update

    Hi,

    I downloaded the new version and I have lost all my sliders. I click on the either template store button or import template button (to import the previously exported zip sliders). None of those buttons are working anymore. Yes my LayerSlider is active and only used on one website.

    None of the buttons are working (used to work previous versions).

    Please give me suggestions what to do next here.

    Hey vneuve,

    There is no issue like this present in the latest release of the plugin (6.4), so unfortunately it is most likely a conflict problem on your installation.

    To start troubleshooting please try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to see if that solves the issue.

    You could also check the LayerSlider System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error message.
