Good afternoon I have a problem when I save a project from an error in only 2 themes - Client Testimonials - Landing Screen 1 would you like to know how to resolve these errors?

    Erro:

It seems there is a server issue that prevented LayerSlider from saving your work. Please check LayerSlider -> System Status for potential errors, try to temporarily disable themes/plugins to rule out incompatibility issues or contact your hosting provider to resolve server configuration problems. Your HTTP server thrown the following error: \n\n Not Found

    Hey Andre69,

The template import problem is most likely caused by a web server configuration issue. Please check the LayerSlider System Status for any error message that could provide more information.

Boa tarde, todo mundo está verde, assim WP Debug Mode: Disabled

    É esse o problema?

  • [deleted] replied

The WP debug mode disabled shouldn't be a problem. Is there any other error or notification displayed ?

I'm sorry but we can only provide support in English.

Could you please specify where exactly do you get this PHP Max Input Vars limitation error ? Are you checking the LayerSlider System Status or is it one of your theme's methods that displays it ? Or did you contact your hosting provider in the meantime ?

  • Andre69 replied

In Theme System State I use BeTheme

Does this message appear in red?

PHP Max Input Vars: [?] 1000 - The limitation on 'max_input_vars' will truncate POST data, such as menus.

I already spoke with my accommodation he said they have already increased.

There are no errors other than the ones I sent

Please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can check on this problem further and investigate it from the back-end. Please also make sure to make your next message private so others can't see the credentials.

Yes, I was able to login to the back-end. But it seems like this user do not have access to the plugins, so I cannot use LayerSlider currently.

Revolution Slider is not our product, it was developed by a different author. Also, we are only able to offer you a refund in case the problem is with the LayerSlider. But we still believe that the issue is generated by a server misconfiguration that is not related to our plugin. Despite that we are trying to help you in this case to indetify what is the exact source of the problem and what might need to be changed on your server.

The URLs you have provided take us to the homepage of your site now, so we cannot access the admin interface. We can only investigate this issue further and find what might be wrong with an admin login to your back-end.

Could you please provide a username and password for the WP user you have set up, so we can try to login through http://i9*****i.com/wp-admin instead, to see if that works ?

We were able to login now and looked into the saving error further. We can confirm that it is most likely a server related problem.

The issue is either related to a serverside filter (query strings, content length, etc) or to a custom .htaccess file. You will need to contact your hosting provider with this and show them the error message. They should be able to look into this in depth and make the necessary changes.

It's also recommended to check on the .htaccess files to see if there are any custom changes that could cause this.

In the meantime you could also try to temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default theme to rule out incompatibility problems. It's not likely, but it could happen in some cases unfortunately.
