I'm trying to display images from my media folder, on the Layer Sliders: configure posts option.
I can pull Featured image from a post, or Testimonial, but I can't seem to pull images from my media folder with a specific category?
It looks like it would work in Layerslider, but when I'm viewing the slider on a page, the image link in the html code is displayed: http://www.sma-ebd.com/mc4wp-form-preview/[image-url]?
As I can see the problem is that you have added a post image as the slide background. You might have clicked on the 'use post image' button by mistake. In any case, there is no post available, or even if there is, it does not contain any featured image that the slider could displayed. Therefore the error.
I'd recommend to delete the current slide background and set a normal image instead. This should solve the problem.
Thank you for your response. I actually want to put my media in categories and be able to display them through layerslider without to having to put them as feature image on any post. So the thought is that I only have to upload my images to media, tag them or put them in a category, and they will automatically be displayed in my slider.

Unfortunately there is no option to achieve this with LayerSlider at the moment.
