Your activation was most likely deactivated remotely some time ago and the plugin detected this, therefore the error. Please read the following part of the documentation for possible reasons for the deactivation: https://support.kreaturamedia.com/docs/layersliderwp/documentation.html#canceled-activation
In any case, your purchase code is still valid and working so you can activate the plugin with it. We have recently launched a new site that you can use to check and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following url: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations If you reset your purchase code in this site and re-activate the plugin on the admin area as well, there should be no error anymore.
Could you please set up a temporary WP login for us, so we can look into this further to locate the exact source of the problem ? It could be a serverside issue but we will need to check on it to be able to investigate more. Don't forget to set the message to private so others can't see the credentials.
We were able to login with the credentials you have provided but it seems like this user does not have the correct admin rights. We are not able to access any plugins with it unfortunately.
Every time I open wordpress it deactivates my premium account and I have to reinstall it. Why?
I have purchased LayerSlider independently as well as have it installed with my theme (Avada). Thanks.

As I said, this happens every time I log-in.
It happened yesterday, it happened today again, not some time ago.
