Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I have my layer slider set to a fixed size and the canvas width and height to match each image slide size (800x533) but images look blurry. I have also tried using larger image size of 1200x800 but still doesn't look sharp. The size under slide background image is set to inherit. When viewing in Google Chrome, the slider size is 1000x600 and 913x608 in Firefox. The only time images look sharp is when I reduce my browser zoom from 100% to 80%.

    Hey Kyle,

We have checked your site with the slider on multiple installations but the images are not blurry for us. It's not completely clear what did you mean by that the slider's size is 1000x600 in chrome while its 913x608 in firefox. For us it is 800x533 like you have set it up. Also, you have a max-width: 800px set up so the slider cannot go larger than this value no matter what.

What I can think of is that the images might look blurry in some cases because of a DPI (dot per inch) related setting. Please try to disable the Slider Settings -> Misc -> Use srcset attribute option to see if that helps.
