I purchased another copy of the Avada theme ... which came with LayerSlider. I wasn't able to activate LayerSlider (as I have in the past), so I purchased another copy and activated. I then wanted to import demo sliders (as in the past) and noticed I can no longer do that unless I click the templates link. I selected a full width template (https://layerslider.kreaturamedia.com/sliders/landing-screen-3/) and click PURCHASE at the top of the page. I paid another $22 but when I downloaded, it was the plugin, all over again. I do not need two more copies of the plugin. How can I get the template I tried to purchase and get refunded for the extra plugin I just puchased?

You can import the demo sliders from the Template Store, it can be accessed with the button at the top of the sliders list.
For the mistaken purchase, please open a refund request from your Envato profile so we can accept it.
