Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Layerslider that is part of the Enfold theme demo does not install, and layerslider does not install from template store either. The logo just keeps spinning and nothing happens.
I've tried to download a template in three different sites and can't get anything to happen.
HELP! Need to get this design done quickly.

The template import problem is most likely caused by a web server configuration issue. Please check the LayerSlider System Status for any error message that could provide more information.
