Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2025, to January 4th, 2026, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

    It appears there may be a server issue stopping script form loading.  Can you please share the below image with your host and report back?

    Hey thesemagency,

    Could you please check the LayerSlider System Status for any error messages or notifications ? It detects and displays most of the server related issues, making it easier to troubleshoot.

    Unfortunately it's not completely clear what could be the cause of the problem. We will need to investigate it further. Please set up a temporary WP login for us so we can check on the back-end. Don't forget to set the message with the credentials to private.

    i figured out the problem. it wasnt the plugin. it was in the options. the url was incorrectly set. its weird, but when i saw it and fixed the url, the issues resolved itself.
