If you mean that the slider is not there on your site once you change languages, that is the default behavior in cases like this with translator plugins.
WPML creates subpages for the different languages. To solve the problem you will need to add the slider to each localized subpage with shortcode or the method you have used to insert it.
Your activation was most likely deactivated remotely some time ago and the plugin detected this, therefore the error. In any case, your purchase code is still valid and working so you can activate the plugin with it. We have recently launched a new site that you can use to check and reset the activations of your purchase code, please refer to the following url: https://kreaturamedia.com/reset-activations/ If you reset your purchase code in this site and re-activate the plugin on the admin area as well, there should be no error anymore.
This issue is happening because the plugin was activated on a different domain than what you're currently using your site on.

Are you not able to activate the plugin with your license code or does it deactivate itself with the 'Activation Cancel' error message ?
It has conflict with plugin:

When i put "All languages", the code cancel.
I am going to write the Wordpress language for language and i am NOT going to use "All Languages".
