Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

    Hey Michel,

As we've mentioned before there is no such issue like this in the plugin currently, this is most likely a conflict problem on your installation.
Have you followed up with the instructions and looked for incompatibility problems ?
It is also recommended to use the latest release which is 6.3.
You could also check the System Status, located on the WP sidebar for any related error message.

    Thanks for your quick answer.
I will explain you more clearly the problem:

    - I use the latest release which is 6.3.

    - everything is updated

    - I checked the System Status: all is OK

    - All sliders are working well !

BUT when I tried again to desactivate ALL extentions -------> No any change:

1- Then I go to the dashboard, I can go and see the page:   "Your Sliders"

2- but when I click on any other slider, I go to a bank page!
Therefore I cannot bring any change to the slider I need to modify ?

(I also tried several browsers and several computers)

What else canI do ? (I only need to change a few words on one slider)

    Dear Michel,

I'm afraid I can only repeat myself. Please read my message carefully and follow my instructions.

The issue you are experiencing is most likely caused by a conflict problem on your installation. It may be related to a 3rd party plugin or your theme. Please temporary disable other plugins and switch to a default WordPress theme to see if that solves the issue. In case it does, you can enable/switch them back one by one to locate which one is responsible.
