Sorry for the delayed response, it took some time for us to troubleshoot the problem.
We've confirmed that the issue is caused by a script/plugin called "countup". But to be able to further troubleshoot you will need to disable the js and css minification method of your cache plugin as it prevents us from investigating further currently.

I disabled the js and css minification method of cache plugin.

Unfortunately it still does not seem to be disabled. I still see these js files in the code:
//maya.k12.tr/wp-content/cache/wpfc-minified/f0a3849bfc357e7dc37be7838d28564c/1492871680index.js
You might also need to empty the cache for it to take effect.
