Recently, I purchased a Enfold wordpress theme. I tried to have a test on my demo site at demo.goldglobe.net. At first, I didn't know this template needed to be activate. I downloaded the demo site of classic theme. I got the demo files but it was not the same with your site demo at http://www.kriesi.at/themes/enfold/ .. So I reset it with Wordpress tool again and again. When I found the activate icon of this product, I tried to enter my purchase code. Unluckily, i was failed to activate. The popup notice showed "this was invalid code. Would you please help me to check why? Thank you a lot in advance.
If you've received LayerSlider as a bundled plugin in your theme, you cannot use your theme's purchase code to activate it as they are two separate products, item support and updates will be provided by the theme author in this case.
Alternatively, you can purchase a license from us, so we can provide our support services for you, along with our auto-update solution, beta and early access releases and exclusive offers for our direct buyers as well.
