Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I've imported the Template once again or deleted the new Layer and did the same Layer again. But all this doesn't help. It's the same problem. The fonts are not shown on the Website like in the LayerSlider Preview. You can see on the both Attachments what I mean.

    Kind Regards

    Hey volkanb,

I have checked your site but for me the text font is being displayed properly on the front-end as well.

Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?

In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?

    Hello Attila,

I didn't fix the problem really. I just turned off the "Opening Text Transition" in "Transitions". If turn it back on the problem is still there. The only place where it works with Transition ON is on the Chrome Browser in my Samsung S7 Smart Phone. On other devices it still doesn't work.

    Best Regards

Thank you for the feedback. The text opening transition shouldn't change or remove the text fonts or stylings. Could you please set up a test page where you enable it back so we can see and investigate this issue ?
