Limited availability during the holidays

Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.

We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!

I moved the website from one hosting account to another hosting account.  Everything seems to have gone well except that a few plugins needed updating.  Layer Slider was one of them but the problem is that the message says that Activation is required.  I can't figure out how to Activate it again.  It was Activated under the old hosting account, but now it's not activated under the new account.

    I can't update it until it's Activated.

    Dear Vicky,

Following up on the discussion in the other ticket.

We are neither Envato, nor Ticksy. They are both 3rd party services that we are utilizing. The marketplaces, accounts and licenses are solely controlled by Envato. We have no way of knowing how many accounts you may have registered. All we can see is whether the user you add to Ticksy has an active support time or not. Since you're using your old account on Ticksy, it shows as expired. Again, we do not control Ticksy or their methods, you register an account and we see that.

However the solution is very simple. As I've already mentioned all you need to do, is use the account/license that has active support time. You login/register with that on Ticksy, and you will be able to open tickets and your account will show as actively supported.

Regarding the disable/suspension of one of your Envato accounts. That is also handled by Envato alone. We have no means to do anything with your accounts registered on the Envato marketplaces. As also mentioned before, if you're experiencing issues with accounts or licenses, the Envato support team can provide help with it.
