I am unable to complete an import from the template store. It just says "importing..." and the 3 layer animation just rotates. I left it for an hour and nothing happened, my internet is pretty fast and I thought maybe it was just an issue for the day and tried the following day but has the same issue.
I looked through the system status and is says: PHP ZipArchive Extension
It said this before and I was able to import a slider, but now its not working.
The PHP ZipArchive extension is needed for importing methods. Please contact your hosting provider with this case, they can help you install it on your server. Please also check the System Status again for any other server limitation that might need to be changed.
Is it possible to reduce the height of the slider but from the top? When I reduce the height in the slider settings, it always removes from the bottom.
The plugin does not remove the height from the top or bottom of the slider, it just simply changes it and the content should follow and adjust to these changes. I believe what you need is to position the slider itself differently on your site in case you want to keep it in its current position on the page.
Unfortunately the URL you provided does not have a slider included so I cannot check on it.
