Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
How do I get the navigation dots to show on the bottom or within the slider?I see the arrows but not the dots.
Thanks,
Robb
Hey Robb,
The slider thumbnails can be enabled and set up in the Slider Settings -> Thumbnail Navigation tab.
The Envato system indicates that you haven't purchased LayerSlider from us. If you've received LayerSlider as a bundled plugin in your theme, item support and updates will be provided by the theme author.
Alternatively, you can purchase a license from us, so we can provide our support services for you, along with our auto-update solution, beta and early access releases and exclusive offers for our direct buyers as well.
Attila,
I did purchase the LayerSlider from Theme Forest on March 10, 2017 and it show that you are supporting this.
Here is my purchase code: 9f3e0e01-300c-4b7c-94f1-25e2931a6c2c
I tried the slider settings and still do not see the small navigation circles. Can you please help me with this?
Thanks,
Robb
OK So Disabled the "Slide navigation on hover" and still do not see the small navigation "DOTS" as the client wants. I do see the arrows but not the dots. What else?
Ah, I see. You have attached a different purchase code to your ticket earlier, thus the confusion.
I have checked the settings of your slider and the 'Slide navigation on hover' option is enabled. This is why the thumbnail only shows on hover. This option is located in the Slider Settings -> Navigation Area tab.
Sorry for the previous message, I have overlooked something. As I can see you are using the 'noskin' skin. It hides GUI elements, including the navigation areas. You will need to use a different skin if you want to display the thumbnails.
Attila,
Ah yes that was it and thanks for finding that so I know going .
Thanks,
Robb
Thank you for the feedback, glad you could solve the problem. If you need further assistance please let us know.
