A purchase code can be used to activate 2 domains. One for your main site, and one for a local/development mirror. In line with the Envato's licensing terms, each site requires separate licenses with a unique purchase code. However, by deactivating your site, you can freely migrate your license to another server/domain if you're moving your site.
