Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
If I use text layers with background colors to make them readable on images, the background is too small on mobile devices, especially if I use minimum font-size for mobile devices.
It doesn't help if I made a layer for each device catecory.
I spent now several hours to find a way but all attempts failed. But this should be a basis of the whole layer thing, right? What is the reason that the text is so much longer than the background (it's just simple CSS).
Hey Heinz Fiechter,
I have checked your site on mobile but for me the layer backgrounds are sized properly, they are covering the whole text.
Have you managed to fix the problem in the meantime ?
In case not, could you please specify on what OS/browser/device are you experiencing this exactly ?
Hi Attila
I deleted all the Layers, cause they doesn't work.
Sorry to say that, but I'll never buy or use that tool again.

I can assure you that the plugin and layers are working properly. The issues you were experiencing were most likely caused by a misconfiguration or an invalid setup.
If you could set up a test page with the problematic slider where we can see the issue live, we would be able to investigate it further to see what's wrong exactly.
Hello. I am having the same issue. I am using the minimum font size option on a P text-layer.
In the CSS i have a background-color defined around the paragraph, so the text is on a colored area.
When using minimum font size, the text exceeds the background area and is running out on the right size.
It seems there's no chance that the surrounding P tag is resized properly to the text, right?
Dear djsneef,
Please create a new separate ticket for your case and show us your site where we can check this.
