Hi. I can't get my video to play on an ipad and not sure what i'm doing wrong. The last slide of your demo uses a self hosted video which works flawlessly on my ipad.

I have a vimeo account which I would rather use but I currently setup the slide to use a self hosted video to use a smaller version.
Unfortunately the video displays are quite limited on mobile and tablet browsers. It's not the slider's fault, due to certain browser restrictions the videos will not work perfectly so your videos won't start automatically (or at all in some cases). I'd recommend using self-hosted videos for better mobile and tablet usage in this case.
I'm sorry but did you read what I wrote? I am using a self hosted video and it is setup just exactly like your demo which DOES work. If your demo works on my ipad than my site should work just like that. I couldn't be less displeased with your response or lack of detail. How do I escalate this to someone who will read what I wrote and give me a thoughtful and researched response?
I have a similar problem, I see on your demo you have an image on the background on the iphone size, there is a play icon on that, should that play your video or is it just part of the graphic?
I am trying to put in a graphic on the iphone size instead of a video but it sits on top of the text on the rest of the slides, even though I have it on the bottom on the list and set to show on mobile. Can you advise please?
I have checked the two videos and the only difference I could see is that yours does have an audio track, while ours don't. Other than that the codecs and everything else seem to be identical.
I have tested your video on our demo site and it wasn't playing from our server either. I believe the problem is most likely related to the audio track. Self hosted videos could also be affected by mobile and tablet browser restrictions. It's possible that there is a certain restriction on tablets that prevents the video from working. I'd recommend removing the audio track from the video to see if that solves the issue.
I'm sorry about the inconveniences, however the problem seems to be related to your video, as the tablet display works properly with ours. You could also try to use our or another video to confirm it.
We will also investigate this case further to see if we can find anything else or an error that needs to be fixed.
