You are using the Hide Under option and set 950 for it. This will hide the slider on any screen that is smaller than this value. You will need to remove this to solve the problem.
As I've mentioned the problem is the Hide Under option. You have entered 950 for this setting. This means that the slider will be hidden on any screen size that is smaller than this value (950). Most mobiles/tablets are smaller, that is why the slider is not visible on them.
ok I understand now. I can get them to show up on both the portrait and the phone but the words are not in the right place and the Slide on the phone are really huge. Is there a way the for them to size down on the phone? Thanks
Since version 6 you have the option to display layers only on certain devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).
This new feature gives you the option to create separate layers for mobile and desktop view in the same slide and only show them on the required device.
You can also find an example of this feature in the Template Store. It is the Interactive demo slider, you can import it, check how we set it up and what settings we used.
Furthermore, you also have the option to set a minimum font size for texts on mobiles to prevent them going to small.
Also, as I can see you have disabled the Optimization for mobiles option in the Slider Settings. Since you're focusing on mobile displays it's recommended to turn it back.
ok for a minute I got the slides to show up but they have disappeared on the phone they still show on the iPads. The odd thing was right before they disappeared the text changed colors. It's like they revert back to an earlier version by themselves.
how do i get my slide to show on smarts phones and portriat ipads, I am using the Divi theme. thanks

the hide on Mobil is off and hide under is set to 950 so not sure what the problem is

ok I guess I am a little confused if button for this (meaning mobile) is not green green then it should not be on hide under 950 right.
These two settings are independent from each other. The Hide Under option can be active without the Hide On Mobile and vice-versa.
