The Layer Slider stopped working a couple of days ago.
I'm trying to input my purchase code but I get this error message:
Your purchase code appears to be invalid. Please take special care to enter it correctly without accidentally including spaces or other additional characters. Please note, this feature won't accept your theme's purchase code. This also can be a temporary issue in our services. In that case please try it again in a few hours.
My purchase code is not invalid- I copied it directly from CodeCanyon/Envato's license certificate.
I have checked and this license code is invalid for LayerSlider.
Please note that if you've received LayerSlider as a bundled plugin in your theme, you cannot use your theme's purchase code to activate it as they are two separate products, item support and updates will be provided by the theme author in this case.
Alternatively, you can purchase a license from us, so we can provide our support services for you, along with our auto-update solution, beta and early access releases and exclusive offers for our direct buyers as well.
