Limited availability during the holidays
Another busy year is coming to its end, and an exciting year lies ahead. In order to get ready for a fresh new start, our team will spend a few days' rest during the winter holidays. Over the holiday break, we will have reduced staffing from December 20th, 2024, to January 5th, 2025, so please be patient if you do not receive a response as quickly as you normally would.
We send our warmest wishes for happiness, health, and success throughout the coming year. Thank you for your continued support, and may you have a peaceful and blessed Happy Holidays!
Hey hfmc,
Please update the plugin to the latest version, we have included a bug fix to it that should solve this problem as well.
thank you repry Attila.
But we have updated it. Is it better to delete and reinstall?
It seems like the problem is caused by the responsive under value that was most likely left/stuck there from an earlier version/stage of the slider.
To remove it you will need to navigate to the Slider Settings -> Layout -> Fullwidth tab, enable the Show Advanced Setting button so you can see the Responsive Under option which is hidden by default. You will need to remove its value.
After this you can set the slider back to normal responsive layout mode and save.
I acted as you told me, and the problem was solved.
