For what reason was activation canceled, and how do we rectify it?
To be clear, it is not deactivated on the site, I haven't asked you to do the same on my behalf, my purchase has not been refunded and the transaction has not been disputed.
My guess is that the plugin is on my staging site as well as my live one and it views that as being used on multiple websites when it is in fact just one.

Your activation is most likely stuck due to an earlier event. I have reset the activation of your purchase code in our database. Please remove the notification and re-activate the plugin on your installation. After that the error should no longer occur.
