I can't download or access support for either mikmag theme and layerslider. I got in an argument with support and they barred my access to the forum and it also blocks downloads for updates. It was a misunderstanding. Now I can't acces mikmag support to telle them mikmag child theme has an error you have to use mikmag and I can't download my updates anymore since they didn't like my email. Legally I have 2 months of support left for their theme and they are not answering emails I've been scammed. I was getting confused from not answering at the right place and got upset about getting in trouble all the time I don't know why can you help me get my access back to the mikmag theme dutch forum so i can use your slider. I need access to my downloads it leads to 404 like the forum.
We are the author of LayerSlider. It is a standalone plugin. We do not own the mikmag theme and do not have any relation to it.
In case you are experiencing problems with LayerSlider itself, we can provide help here, like we did in your last support ticket 2 weeks ago.
However we cannot help with theme issues unfortunately. As I've mentioned we do not have any connection to mikmag theme. You will have to work out this problem with them I'm afraid.
